Top 4 star hotel with over 100 rooms in Kent requires a Deputy General Manager to assist in managing the hotel efficiently and professionally to a quality 4 star standard. The ideal candidate will be an existing hotel Deputy General Manager or General Manager at a 3*4*5 star property and have plenty of previous hotel management experience. You must have UK hotel experience and Rosette experience. Excellent team leading skills, management knowledge and motivational ability are required.
