Note: The work day for this position starts at 6am in our midtown office and ends mid-afternoon. There is also a nights/weekends on call component. This position is for fast learning, hands on, passionate, dedicated people. It`s not for the faint of heart. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, we want you. If you don`t want to work hard and learn a lot.
As a Client Services Specialist, you will see top media companies, e-commerce sites, music/fan sites, pro sports entities, etc., using our solutions to power their online communities and websites in unique and exciting ways. You`ll learn how our solutions work top to bottom, inside and out and use your knowledge to help our client list of household names succeed. This is a great way to get involved with a fast moving company and learn every aspect of the social media space hands on.
The ideal candidate:
-Excels at logic and deductive reasoning
-Posses superior written and verbal communication skills
-Exhibits impeccable writing and perfect grammar
-Has excellent organizational skills, follow-through skills, and is very detail-oriented
-Can respond quickly and resolve issues promptly
-Prioritizes and completes overlapping projects with incredible deftness
-Is an expert in website navigation and the Internet
-Is experienced using multiple web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
-Learns super fast
-Is willing to dive in and contribute immediately
-Loves to help people

Responsibilities include:
-Answering incoming client emails
-Investigating website functionality and usability issues
-Liaising between departments and clients to gather information and resolve issues
-Conveying information between parties in a friendly, effective, and timely manner
-Providing incredible service to a client list of house hold names
This is a full time position and a great opportunity for a fresh face to get involved with something really big.
