New York based real estate investment/management firm has an immediate opening for a detailed market research analyst to produce customized research studies for its senior management and clients.
Ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of relevant experience producing and writing research reports for various US real estate markets. Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent writing abilities, analytical and interpersonal skills. Must also be a self-starter, detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data analysis
• Interpreting, summarizing and presenting through writing and presentations, relevant data to Executive Management to assist in strategic planning.
• Explain market performance data
• Create spreadsheets, charts and other graphics
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong "problem solving" skills
• Bachelors Degree
