Our company is a growing firm providing project management services to large corporations and businesses, including the areas of furniture management, technology management and construction management.
Position:
We are looking to hire someone to fill a full-time entry level position, working within some of the following areas:
* Marketing – media packages, proposals, written copy, standardizing, document aesthetics
* Administrative – printing, scanning, copying, meeting scheduling
* Technical Support – extensive Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project work for senior project managers. This includes creating various documents and graphics, as well as revising existing work.
Qualifications:
* Must have bachelors degree
* Ideal candidate should be energetic, hard-working, proactive, punctual, organized and very detail oriented
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Power Point, Project and Visio
