Kobe Mail is seeking an Account Coordinator for a potential full time position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Set up, Test, and Deploy clients` e-mail marketing campaigns using our proprietary web application
Interact with clients to maintain and grow relationships
Train clients on the application
Help Clients understand reports generated from email campaigns
Provide strategy to clients for email campaigns
Understand how ISPs work and optimize email campaigns for highest deliverability and suggest changes if required
Manage Client databases via creation and segmentation of lists for targeted campaigns
Resolve client issues and use initiative to coordinate to achieve resolution
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Proficiency with Excel & HTML (Dreamweaver knowledge preferred)
Strong intention to grow within the organization, build skills, and add value
Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure
Ability to organize and meet deadlines
Ability to both work in a team environment and take lead when required
Strong oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational , prioritization skills and attention to detail
