The Danish speaking Market Researcher will be responsible for the following:

Making outbound calls in a B2B role to conduct customer satisfaction surveys in Danish

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the role will be fluent in Danish with excellent English to business level, ideally with experience in market research or B2B roles, although this is not essential, as full training is provided.

You will be required to have a minimum of a years credit control experience and be comfortable using accounting software. This position requires someone with excellent communication and inter-personal skills as you will be expected to meet your key customers on a regular basis. Your time will be split between cash collection, invoicing, visiting clients and assisting the wider team with their workload. You will need strong excel skills and a general accounting knowledge.
