Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire seeks a conference guest services executive to operate as the main service for all conference delegates. Applicants will be the face of the Conference & Banqueting department and therefore must have the highest standards in terms of presentation and etiquette. The right candidate will be warm and friendly - a people person. Duties will include meeting & greeting clients, show rounds, sales administration and secretarial*business support, therefore a minimum of 18 months experience within a hotel guest relations environment is essential. You will also need to have some knowledge of audio visual equipment. Working 5 out of 7 days on a 40 hour week to include weekends. Live in available for 3 months at £75 a week.
